Paula Shoyer is available to develop recipes for your cookbook, magazine, or for any corporate needs. A little known fact about Paula is that she was once a pre-med student who loved science. As a result, she approaches recipe development scientifically. She can taste any food or dessert and recreate it. She can figure out the problems in a recipe and has the skills and patience to get it right. She is definitely a forager-type of chef – each meal an on the spot creation using whatever she has around.
For the last year, Paula has been testing baking mixes for a Washington, DC area company.
For the last five years, Paula Shoyer has been traveling the United States teaching cooking and baking classes before large audiences. She is repeatedly asked about the kosher and dairy-free products and baking equipment she uses and recommends those that work best for her recipes and for Kosher cooking in general. She would be interested in partnerships with such companies as she goes forward on her extensive book tour and beyond.
