Some comments from past students:
I just wanted to thank you for the 2 baking classes. I really enjoyed them and learned a lot. My whole family thanks you as well as they enjoyed all the goodies that I brought home.
Debbie Ross, Fancy French Dessert classes
Thanks very much for the baking lessons. You're a great teacher, and have a way of making it look so effortless. Everyone really enjoyed it, and the results of our collective efforts were delicious!!
Rob Torresen, Sidley Austin
Thank you so much, Paula -- what a wonderful way to spend an evening! my kids were awed by how good the cookies were -- "you made those???" -- and I have to say, I was surprised to find that though I am a chocolate lover to the core, the biscotti and tuilles are my favorite - I love chewy. It was so easy, so delicious, complete with great company. I can't wait to come again!
Lisa Flaxman - Elegant Cookies class
Once again, thanks for a great job. I will definitely pass your name around. We look forward to using you again in the future.
Yehudis Newman, Chabad, Alexandia, Virginia - Holiday class for 30 women
Thank you for a FANTASTIC presentation today and for your generosity! The Challah Bake was so enjoyable and you are just amazingly talented, humorous and professional! I know everyone had a wonderful time and learned a lot (I know I did)!
Connie Krupin – Challah Workshop
Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday party! Everyone had a fabulous time and we ran into a lot of the girls and their moms the next day at an event at school - and everyone raved about the cooking party!
Lisa Stark – Birthday party for 11 year olds
I had so much fun last night! Not only were the tart recipes terrific but the other women were so great. Thank you ever so much for sharing your talent and please email me about future classes.
Denise Bloomfield – Thanksgiving Tarts & Pies class
We felt we learned a lot and enjoyed every bite of the fancy pastries. You make the classes informative, productive and fun as you teach us that we can do these things.
Irene Simpkins – two French dessert classes

My story is one you’ve probably heard before. Young Jewish woman is pre-med in college, ends up in law school after a chemistry accident.
